You will lead shifts, ensure brand standards, handle cash, and optimize guest experiences while maintaining safety and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act in the absence of the general manager and maintain store performance.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale during busy times.
• Lead with strong organization and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure policy compliance and brand standards in all activities.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting.
• Monitor inventory with spot counts and data accuracy.
• Address customer needs and nurture long-term relationships.
