Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quick‑service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.
• Flexible and open work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non‑management staff and coach shift supervisors.
• Perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Keep restaurant clean and compliant with brand standards.
• Manage cash and daily reports.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Validate inventory data through spot counts.
