KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Georgia. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing daily operations, inventory, and safety standards.

The role offers training, benefits, and clear internal promotion paths within the KBP franchise network. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year AGM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, be 18+, and able to close at least two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
