KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast‑paced restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and uphold safety, quality, and profitability standards in our Indiana locations.

Applicants should have at least one year of AGM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and be ready to close shifts a few evenings per week. Growth opportunities are available within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
