Job summary
SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Mundelein, IL to partner with the General Manager on daily operations, guest experience, and team leadership. You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while ensuring smooth opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.

Qualifications
- Experience in QSR or fast casual environments is required.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills are essential.
- Able to coach and develop team members while maintaining standards.
Responsibilities
- Coach, motivate, and support team members across shifts.
- Deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training to build bench strength.
- Support labor, inventory, and waste reduction to hit targets.
- Partner with GM on sales, cost control, and shift readiness.
- Promote a hospitality-first culture with empowered teams.
