Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations across its New Jersey locations. You will lead teams, coach staff, and ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include delivering feedback, supervising shifts, maintaining cash and inventory accuracy, and resolving customer issues while fostering a positive work climate and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant management.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.

• Assist General Manager in running daily operations and decision making.
• Ensure brand standards, cash handling, and inventory checks are conducted properly.
