The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, cash handling, and delivering a high-quality guest experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with business sense.
• 2+ years of quick service restaurant or similar management experience.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• Be capable to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain awareness of brand standards and procedures to maximize relations.
• Keep the restaurant clean, inviting and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage cash daily and deliver reports per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues for long-term relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with spot counts and checks.
