You'll work under the General Manager, supervise staff, uphold brand standards, manage cash, and contribute to customer satisfaction while delivering strong performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant management.
• Ability to supervise non-management associates and shifts.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff, assign work, and coach shift supervisors.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure policies are followed.
• Resolve customer needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reporting; manage inventory checks.
