TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with restaurant operations and marketing functions. You will oversee staffing, training, supervision, and driving profitability across the location.

Expect to lead a team with a focus on fast, friendly service, great product knowledge, and a welcoming atmosphere. You will recruit, train, and retain strong team members and manage performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in fast‑food preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software.
