Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coaching of shifts supervisors.
• Step in for the General Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and daily cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to build long-term relationships.
