Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager ensure smooth day-to-day operations and lead entry-level managers in learning essential management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and shift supervisors.
• Step in when the General Manager is absent and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and brand standards maintained.
• Maintain cash management accuracy and reports daily per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Monitor inventory with spot counts to ensure data accuracy.
