Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and non-management staff, coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and address morale issues.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure cash handling is accurate and reports are produced as directed.
• Resolve customer issues and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Keep inventory data accurate with spot counts.
