Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help ensure smooth daily operations. This entry-level management role offers training in leadership, coaching, and decision-making within a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work with a team, uphold brand standards, manage cash control, and support guest experiences across our network. Flexible schedules and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.

• Be capable of performing duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during busy or challenging periods.

• Maintain accurate cash management and daily reporting, and address customer needs.
