Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations. You will lead teams, ensure brand standards, manage cash, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in and perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Maintain strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues promptly and ensure brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Ensure restaurant looks clean, inviting and adheres to brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, daily reports, and compliance with directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Perform spot inventory counts to keep data accurate.
