The Assistant General Manager role supports the General Manager in daily operations, learning essential management skills and exercising judgment and discretion.

You will help deliver performance feedback, motivate staff, ensure brand standards, and maintain smooth store operations, with flexibility in scheduling and a focus on customer

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsabilidades
