The Assistant General Manager supports daily operations, demonstrates strong leadership, and helps develop staff while upholding brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Roles emphasize coaching, shift supervision, and delivering results in a high-volume environment with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.
• Flexible and open work schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Ensure day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assigning work, coaching, and developing shifts supervisors.
• Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Strong Leadership and organizational skills.
• Addressing issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintains awareness of brand standards and procedures to maximize brand/landlord/labor relations.
• Ensures that the restaurant always looks clean, inviting, and adheres to brand standards.
• Ensures cash management is accurate and processed daily, reports are delivered per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring positive relationships.
• Ensures inventory data is correct by spot inventory counts and checks.
