Job summary

MyEyeDr is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a collaborative team and deliver a personalized eyecare experience. You will partner with doctors, vendors, and staff to drive patient service, manage operations, and support revenue growth. Some evening and weekend shifts may be required.

You will recruit and develop the team, uphold service standards, ensure HR policies, and align with the General Manager to mentor staff and meet financial goals while maintaining high optical standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience with 1-2 years in a management role (Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator, detail oriented, and a strong leader aligning with MyEyeDr. values.
• Upholds exceptional service standards and mentors team members and patients.
• Servant leadership with drive for results, business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn about the optical industry, products, and full office scope.
• Natural leader who can coach and inspire the team.
• Team player ready to collaborate to provide the best patient experience.
