Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in delivering exceptional restaurant operations. You will help with scheduling, forecasting, labor management and inventory, while learning competency-based leadership and operations.

You will supervise Team Members, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and support strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation is $21/hour with annual projection based on a 50-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including scheduling.
• Lead and coach Team Members to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
