KidStrong of Macleod Trail is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee center operations, sales, and leadership across the team. You will drive key KPIs, maintain families relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding KidStrong values.

The role includes coaching, scheduling, event bookings, data tracking via the KS Coaches App, and mentoring staff. A passion for working with children, strong communication, and readiness for a physically active environment are

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable! Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.
• Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations: Understand KPIs and financials; build relationships with families; oversee center initiatives; cleaning/maintenance; scheduling and events.
• Sales: Maintain lead management; finalize bookings; participate in local events to boost memberships.
• Leadership: Develop coaching culture; onboard and train coaches; mentor staff; use LearnUpon for development.
• Coaching: Deliver evolving curriculum for ages walking to 11; use KS Coaches App for data; physically active environment; 5-10 coaching hours weekly.
