Job summary

Hawksmoor Boston is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us open our third US restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the team daily, uphold Hawksmoor's standards, culture, and quality, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will mentor managers and develop talent, oversee scheduling, training, and financial performance while delivering exceptional hospitality and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Role model exceptional hospitality, consistently delivering and elevating Hawksmoor service standards.
• Lead from the floor, ensuring seamless and memorable guest experience at all times.
• Support the management team in creating genuine hospitality moments and driving “Journey to Regular.”
• Ensure all food and beverage standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines are consistently executed.
• Maintain accountability for current CSI scores, identify opportunities, and implement improvements within the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, urgency, and professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
