Reporting to the management team, you will collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence, guest experiences, and team development while upholding Hawksmoor’s sustainability and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Lead full restaurant operations, ensuring Hawksmoor’s quality, culture, and service standards are delivered at the highest level.
• Drive financial performance by controlling costs, labor scheduling, and maximizing profitability.
• Partner with Executive Chef and management team to ensure consistent guest experience and food quality.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring Managers and preparing successors; recruit and onboard new team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and maintain a strong feedback culture through coaching and performance management.
