Job summary

Hawksmoor US Boston is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our opening team at 15 Necco Street. You will support the General Manager, lead day-to-day restaurant operations, and uphold Hawksmoor standards of hospitality, guest experience, and service excellence.

You will drive staff development, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager to deliver a cohesive, high-quality guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing front-of-house operations.
• Strong guest service standards and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional hospitality and elevate Hawksmoor service standards.
• Lead from the floor to ensure memorable guest experience at all times.
• Mentor future leaders and oversee onboarding and performance reviews.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and staff development.
• Drive financial performance by managing costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager on quality and consistency.
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety compliance across operations.
