Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Banners Kitchen & Tap in Boston, MA, to lead beverage programs and guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to train, manage and oversee front-of-house staff.
• Ensure Health Department regulations are followed and the restaurant is clean and safe.
• Collaborate to maximize sales and profitability, including promotions and labor cost monitoring.
• Oversee weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and other supplies.
• Build rapport with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
