Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Boston, Massachusetts is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for full-time or part-time work at Banners Kitchen and Tap. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service for our guests and supporting management in daily operations.

This role offers a $27.00/hour pay rate with weekly pay, a benefits package, and opportunities for training and development. The schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in a high volume or sport bar setting.
• Superior organization and guest service skills required.
• Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Excellent customer service skills with guest enquiry handling.
• Available to work a flexible schedule—nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members.
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Pay

$27.00 - $27.00 / hour
