Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and oversee operations with the General Manager.
• Plan staffing needs and shift schedules; develop team members and future leaders.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with GM to develop managers on Panera's guiding values and processes.
• Maintain costs and inventory and uphold safety and company policies.
