You will inspire and celebrate the team, partner with the General Manager in overseeing operations, delight guests daily, and drive business growth through hiring, training, and development at your location.

You will be responsible for staffing, coaching, and ensuring high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Strong business acumen to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems.
• Plan and manage staffing, shift scheduling, and people development.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members and motivate the team.
• Help manage bakery-cafe goals, operations, and guest service standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop leaders within the team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain a safe, healthy workplace and manage costs and inventory.
