Responsibilities
- Lead an amazing team and bakery-cafe operations in St. Louis area.
- Plan staffing, shift scheduling, and team development.
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members to deliver guest excellence.
- Manage costs, inventory, and adherence to policy and safety standards.
- Partner with General Manager to develop managers and uphold Panera values.
