• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members while motivating and celebrating the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with the General Manager on operations and cost control.
• Develop managers on Panera’s guiding values and behaviors to build a culture of warmth and growth.
