Panera Bread in St. Louis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead an amazing team and operate a beloved bakery-cafe.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, delight guests, and drive business growth while hiring, training, and developing your location’s staff. You’ll build a culture of warmth and teamwork, manage staffing, ensure safety and quality standards, and model Panera’s Guiding Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen required.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a faced-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
