Taco Bell in Alameda, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. The AGM will drive Shift leadership, team coaching, and customer experience while maintaining brand standards and safety policies.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and strong organizational skills. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years’ restaurant leadership across shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent, English reading/writing fluency.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain local health card.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely task completion with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per OSHA standards.
• Contribute to leadership development and training planning.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals and performance targets.
• Provide 5-star customer service and maintain operations excellence.
• Assist GM in overall restaurant management and operations.
