The Feinstein Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Living Room at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will lead front-of-house operations and partner with culinary leadership to deliver an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a $4M+ restaurant or bar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Familiarity with Toast POS, Restaurant365, and Fusion Prep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and inspire FOH staff with focus on performance and retention.
• Create smart schedules placing the right people in the right roles.
• Support and maintain standards through Fusion Prep and other tools.
• Enforce all safety and quality protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead pre-shifts, monthly staff meetings, and regular trainings.
• Drive labor and cost control to improve financial performance.
• Work closely with culinary leadership for alignment and execution.

About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team. You’ll lead by example, foster a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll be working in lockstep with our culinary team to deliver excellence in every area—from execution and cleanliness to team morale and guest satisfaction. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Familiarity with tools like Toast POS, Restaurant365, and Fusion Prep (preferred)
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A sense of urgency paired with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail
• ServSafe certification is a plus
