Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all on-site operations and achieving financial and operational objectives for the community.

You will drive resident satisfaction, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and partner with the maintenance team to deliver top-tier service while leading a motivated on-site team in a fast-growing student housing environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team support capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses.
  • Oversee rent collection and coordinate with agencies.
  • Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Inspect units and common areas to maintain standards.
  • Assist in leasing activities including tours and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
  • Support safety inspections and key control procedures.
