Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Denton, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who combines hands-on maintenance with team leadership to keep the property safe and well-maintained. You will oversee repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, supervise staff, manage vendors, and coordinate capital projects with the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance or facilities, experience in multifamily or student housing, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
  • Experience in multifamily or student housing environments.
  • EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications (as applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and service requests.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and grounds team.
  • Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, bidding, and contracts.
  • Plan and execute unit turns and coordinate capital projects with the General Manager.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure safety standards and compliance.
