The role emphasizes high-energy, customer-focus, and teamwork with a focus on accurate data, move-in readiness, and resident satisfaction. Onsite work and a fast-paced environment apply.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales experience, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math and data entry using property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours to showcase apartments and amenities.
• Convert leads to leases through effective closing techniques and prompt follow-ups.
• Assist applicants with online leasing processes and maintain accurate traffic and occupancy data.
• Support resident relations and coordinate move-in/move-out activities.
