Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Part-Time Community Ambassador to join our on-site team in Boone, NC. You will engage residents, help with leasing activities, and support community programming to create a vibrant living environment.

You’ll participate in events, tours, and marketing outreach while handling office tasks and occasional on-call duties. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Foster resident engagement and programming to enhance community life.
  • Assist with leasing tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
  • Support office tasks, inquiries, move-in/out processes, and events.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to resident concerns.
  • Represent the property positively and assist with community standards.
