Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tallahassee to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience onsite.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours of model units and amenities, close leases, and respond to inquiries promptly. Join a high-energy team focused on customer service, sales, and community engagement while supporting move-ins and resident relations.

• Assist prospects with online applications and the leasing process.
• Maintain detailed traffic and leasing data to support occupancy goals.
• Support resident retention through proactive engagement and service.
