Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and drive guest engagement at our restaurant in Georgia. You will supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at the highest level.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, motivate the team, and ensure excellent service. Buffalo Wild Wings emphasizes training, advancement opportunities, and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train the team.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS
