Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest engagement. You will oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to maintain top performance standards.

We value leaders who coach team members, ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards, and commit to delivering memorable guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver legendary guest experiences.
