Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, and partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

This role focuses on guest engagement and key metrics, with a path to growth through training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment that values learning and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game; focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
