Buffalo Wild Wings in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best while focusing on guest metrics and engagement.

This role offers extensive training, advancement opportunities and a strong benefits package, with weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and alcohol service.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
