Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop the team.

You will supervise Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants, working with the General Manager to keep the restaurant operating at peak performance. You will focus on guest experience, measure guest-related metrics, and drive engagement to create legendary dining moments for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
