Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Kenosha, WI to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You’ll partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement and related metrics.

We value leadership, training, and the ability to manage labor, safety, and sanitation while delivering legendary experiences to guests. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Able to direct others, champion change, and develop your team.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
