Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance and deliver legendary guest experiences.

You will oversee guest-related metrics, staff development, training, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS
