Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in New York seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will focus on guest-related metrics and engagement, drive training and development, and ensure safe operation while delivering legendary hospitality. Join a team known for growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and drive training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
