Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee relations, including effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs in order to meet or exceed annual budgets.

• Ensures staffing levels and management coverage meet business needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
