Dave & Buster's Daly City is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact results and guest experience.

You will manage a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment scene, lead a team, handle schedules and costs, and ensure weekends, nights, and holidays are covered while delivering outstanding guest service.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:
