Dave & Buster's Richmond, VA area is seeking an experienced Restaurant/Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to delight guests.

You will oversee all aspects of the business, manage cost of goods and labor, lead a team through recruiting, training, and coaching, and drive a high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
