Dave & Buster's Vernon Hills is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction across the guest experience, operations, and financial performance. You will develop and lead hourly team members, recruit, coach, and promote positive staff and guest experiences, while ensuring adherence to standards and balancing cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
