Dave & Buster's Springfield is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead, supervise, and drive strategic initiatives to exceed guest experience. You will oversee all aspects from floor to back-of-house, shaping standards and team performance in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities include developing hourly staff, coaching and training, recruiting and performance management, and living our core values with the management team. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
