Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and execute strategic initiatives under the General Manager. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, training, and daily performance while maintaining a safe, fun environment and delivering memorable experiences for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen and leadership ability.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.

• Promotes positive employee relations and delegates managerial duties.

THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
